London-based Studio Anagram has rebranded Transfapay, a money transfer service founded in Sierra Leone, creating the new, internationally operating brand Jaudi. Jaudi now facilitates the worldwide transfer of goods, assets, and funds. To make the brand competitive and visible, a completely new brand identity was created, built around Easy Grotesk.
A key focus of the rebranding was highlighting the emotional side of money transfers. Anagram writes: “Stories emerged of children supporting families back home from new countries, and charities and businesses investing in their local communities.” This transformative impact and human benefit were also meant to be reflected typographically. The three weights of Easy Grotesk used throughout the branding and UI embody warmth and clarity, mirroring Jaudi's commitment to transformation and empowerment. Alongside, Akkurat Mono by Lineto is used for minor text and navigation, providing a balanced technical flair.
