Marc Weymann
is a typographer and typeface designer based in London. He works across different disciplines with a focus on typeface design, editorial and corporate design.
He has collaborated with several type foundries, including Dalton Maag, TypeTogether, Adobe, and The Northern Block, creating custom typefaces for brands such as Toyota, Mc Donald’s, Globus, The Open, and the Danish School of Media and Journalism. Marc began his career with an apprenticeship as a typographer, followed by advanced studies as a Typographic Designer for Visual Communication at the Schule für Gestaltung in St. Gallen, where he earned a Swiss federal diploma, and later obtained an MA in Typeface Design from the University of Reading. In addition to his design practice, he is a visiting lecturer for type design at the Schule für Gestaltung in St. Gallen.
